Reservations require an advance payment by card to confirm your booking. The amount represents a portion of the total rental cost. Your voucher specifies the balance due, payment method accepted at collection, and any deposit requirements the operator may apply at their counter. We process the advance payment on behalf of the operator. Final rental terms - including mileage allowance, fuel policy, coverage details and any restrictions - are set by the operator and detailed in your voucher.
The rental operator assumes full responsibility for vehicle condition, roadside assistance, insurance administration and compliance with local regulations. We facilitate the booking but do not guarantee vehicle availability, specific models or operator performance. Any claims regarding vehicle defects, service quality or contractual disputes must be directed to the operator named in your voucher. This service makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information but does not warrant completeness or real-time accuracy of operator offerings.
You agree to provide truthful information during booking. Driver age, licence validity and residency requirements are set by individual operators - check your voucher carefully. You must present documents specified in the voucher at collection. Misrepresentation or failure to meet operator requirements may result in rental refusal without refund of the advance payment.
Cancellation and amendment policies are determined by each operator and stated in your voucher at the time of booking. Contact us via email or phone to request changes. Refund eligibility depends on the operator's policy and timing of your request. We relay cancellation requests to operators but do not control their refund decisions.
