How payment works when you book through this service - what you pay online and what happens at the rental desk.
When you complete a booking, you pay an advance payment by credit card. This service accepts Visa and Mastercard for the booking advance. The advance is part of the total rental amount. You receive a voucher immediately after payment with full terms, including what remains due at the pick-up desk.
The remaining balance is settled directly with the rental company when you collect the vehicle. Each voucher states the exact conditions: how much you owe, which payment methods the specific supplier accepts, and any documents required. Some local operators take debit cards or cash for the balance; others require a credit card. Check your voucher before heading to the airport - conditions vary between companies.

Fuel in the Canary Islands typically costs less than on mainland Spain due to the local IGIC tax structure rather than IVA. The rental company will explain their fuel policy at handover - usually full-to-full, meaning you return the tank as you received it.
